On November 12, 2019 Disney+ will be launched into the world. It’s a new streaming service that allows people to stream a wide collection of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and 20th Century Fox favorites. And while this allows you to see Moana or Inside Out as many times as you want, Disney+ will also be the home of TV shows and films exclusive to Disney+. Something that I like about Disney+ is that all their shows will be released weekly, as opposed to the regular Netflix binge model. This post will be the place to see all the original shows and films on Disney+ as well as when they release. Check back for updates and enjoy Disney+! (All descriptions and trailers are from Disney+)
The Disney Out Loud team is excited. We are getting our first official look at the brand new Disney streaming service, Disney+. While we’ve heard what’s going to be on the platform, (The Mandalorian, Lady and the Tramp etc.), we’ve never actually seen anything. That changes at this panel at D23 as the lights go down and two teenagers walked onto the stage; the spotlight shining on them as a romantic melody starts.Continue reading “D23 Expo: Disney+ Panel”
Aladdin is Disney’s best attempt yet to remake their classic animated properties into live action films. My expectations, like many others, were not that high after seeing the initial images and trailer. Instead, the film exceeded my expectations and is instead a flawed, by highly enjoyable movie.Continue reading “Aladdin (2019) Review”
Howdy! Just back from another magical trip for a few days at the Disneyland resort and it just never gets old! Just here to share a few pictures and share some thoughts.Continue reading “Disneyland Trip Journal 05/20 & 05/21”
Disney decided to make us excited on Tuesday May 7, 2019 by dropping a new movie release schedule! This is an updated list that includes Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilms, Marvel, 20th Century Studios, and Searchlight Pictures all the way through 2027! Think of it as a master list of everything Disney plans and owns. Let’s see what Disney has planned for us at the movies! Note that the dates and films are subject to change. If film has a trailer, I’ll showcase the link next to the film. Any untitled movies in which we have no clue of what it’s going to be are going to be left blank. Check back from time to time to see updates.
The newest area at DCA is inspired by the character from the beloved Pixar films. The theming is amazing and works well with the previous Paradise Pier theme. You can soar through the sky with the Incredibles, or play games with the Toy Story gang, If you are a fan of anything Pixar, then head over to Pixar Pier.
New trailer has been released and it looks amazing! It has some of our first looks at a lot of characters, including Scar. Make sure to check it out.
This area opened with the park as Paradise Pier. Paradise Pier was a combination of Paradise Gardens Park and Pixar Pier as one area. But when Disney started to change the area to Pixar Pier, one half of the area was made into its own area called Paradise Gardens Park. It’s a area dedicated to the wonder of beachside amusement parks, with a nice view of the Pixar Pal-A-Round.
Here are the pins scheduled to be released at Walt Disney World and Disneyland in April 2019. I’m really loving the video game inspired pins this month.
Welcome back as we continue our guide around DCA. Today we will be talking about Grizzly Peak. This area opened with the park on February 8, 2001, but it was much different than it is today. When it opened in 2001, it was part of a larger land called Golden State, which featured areas such as Pacific Wharf and Condor Flats.
